I remember when I was first watching S7, I felt that I was enjoying it more than most of my online friends who seemed to be focused on how little screen time JM was getting and how it didn't look like Buffy was going to be dating Spike....
As the season progressed it seemed that even those who didn't like Spike were frustrated that Joss was cluttering up the screen w/potential slayers... But I still felt that there was an interesting story being told, and I was enjoying it more than most of BtVS fans.
Now I'm rewatching it w/a friend who has never seen it before, and we are both REALLY enjoying it! Last night we had to take the time to watch the commentary on 'Selfless' because it is an awesome episode.... And 'Conversations With Dead People' was even awesomer!
