Agreed. I'm extreemly thankful we never had to see Xawn sex, because one was enough. Concord was not helped by the fact that Charisma couldn't figure out how to act it without looking disgusted.
Although how do we know Spike hate his father? I don't know for certain. But, I'm guessing from the fact that Spike's father is clearly not in the picture and he is the sole support of his human mother Anne - he probably doesn't have warm feelings towards him. Plus that song "Never Leave Me" practically screams that Spike's dear old dad abandoned them leaving him to take care of his mother. Which, come to think of it, Angelus also did - he abandoned them, left Spike to care for Dru and Darla. Spike like Buffy is familar with female abandonment issues.
