Actually, I like Dawn, although I think in general she has been very poorly served in S8-- the maturity she was showing during the latter half of S7 has mysteriously vanished and the character has reverted to the semi-whiny stage again.
That being said, I think it will be Dawn. I think the idea put forth previously that she was no longer "The Key" was a mislead-- you realize that they never truly said anywhere after S5 that she wasn't, just implied it.
And what did the Key do? Uh-huh.
BTW, I would be absolutely delighted if in the next issue, we find out that there was this cosmic makeout session, but that Buffy and Angel did not have sex, because at the last moment she says-- "wait a minute here-- what the hell am I doing?"
Doubt it, but, hey. It would be a really great twist, no?
