That's where I've seen that face before. Was trying to place it for quite some time now. Yes - Shaun of the Dead - best zombie flick ever!!! (Walking Dead needs to watch Shaun of the Dead, methinks.)

May have to go with A History of Violence, I can't remember Brokeback Mountain that well to be honest. But History is in my head forever.

Also yay! I love Cronenberg, and how he somehow managed to explore the same themes in his later more "normal" movies that he did in his 70s and 80s gorefests without seeming like he's mellowing down.

Agreed. In some respects I like his less gory flicks.

What happened to Eastern Promises - I think that's another Croenburg - but I don't remember seeing it listed on Wiki. Oh, it was 2007...what did I list for 2007..."No Country for Old Men" or "Ratatouille??" - Eh, I think I may need to plug Eastern Promises in there somewhere.

I've seen a lot of Croenburg - Naked Lunch and one of my favorites with Jeremy Irons and Geneiuve Bujold called.."Dead Ringers".

Like Taratino, Peckinpah, and Nolan - Croenburg likes to comment on violence in a rather interesting way, often depicting it's scars.
