Oh how stupid of me! I am a fool to forget the slash shippers.... but the show (for way too long) failed to do anything to develop House (or anyone else) and cause real change in his life.... Cuddy is really doing a lot to develop House's character.
As for Wilson: I was really sorry about the quick death of Cut-throat Bitch, she was hilarious and seeing her fight House for Wilson's attention was really entertaining.
