Arguably, the requirement for "natural born" citizens means than nobody who was born by Caesarian section can become President, since they were "from their mother's womb untimely ripp'd", to quote Macduff. :-)
Also, things are not looking good for clones.
There's no such law for British prime ministers; we've had one who was born in Canada and another whose native language wasn't English. (It was Welsh, which is kind of the equivalent of a Native American president, I suppose...)
