Oh...will also concede that S6 did get a little preachy on the bad-boyfriend trope, to the point that I found myself rolling my eyes. The whole attempted rape bit was a complete soap opera cliche that I saw coming from a mile away. So maybe you're right...S6 and S7 were a bit on the preachy side. I like them better than S1-3, definitely. More experimental and not as formulaic.
