I think she's trying to keep Eric at a distance, just like how she tricked him into thinking it wasn't his house. He's all up in her personal space and she's reinforcing boundaries.
I dunno. I think she has the right to be miffed. He drank from her against her will. Fang!raped is still the operative phrase. Just because Eric had good motives doesn't lessen Sookie's feeling violated.
That being said, I think Sookie is incredibly self-absorbed. She's a terrible friend to Tara, in this season and in season 3. I think the reason she cares more about the spell is because Eric is now her problem, where as Tara's emotional trauma is Tara's problem. Meh.
