Don't worry - I haven't read past Feast and I haven't read any theories from people past that point either :D None of the crackpot theories I posited are from people who read more than what you and I have done! I have read the books multiple times (1-3 that is, I've only read Feast twice!) and just finished a reread of the first three books about a month ago, so the details are VERY fresh in mind.
