Pretty sure the only Lannister making it out of these books is Tyrion. And even then I'd say his survival chances are only, hm, 75% at best.
Only people who will fare worse than the Lannisters will be the Freys.
I think most of the Stark kids will be okay, except for possibly Bran, who... I don't think he'll die, but I feel like he'll end up in a situation chasing these visions of his that will possibly be very weird?
