It was meant to be funny, Spike was more than willing for most of the episode - he knew who was there, he wanted her, and the minor violence was part of their foreplay at that point. He only got huffy about it when he realized she was using her invisibility to avoid thinking about who she was having such a good time with. It still doesn't put Buffy in a good light - taking advantage of how he feels about her to scratch an itch she doesn't want to admit she has - but she's not really forcing herself on him. The next scene after the "Hey that's cheating" blow job indicates that he did, in fact, kick her out and she left. So, when he stopped enjoying what they were doing, she stopped doing it.
