Thanks. It's not so much a more complex injury - just completely different factors at play. Keep in mind I have to walk on hard concrete every day just to go to work, get groceries, laundry, see friends, etc. No car. And alone and single, with no family living near by, completely independent. Everyone I've met who had the injury who lives in a similar environment - got PT. The only person who didn't? Re-injured herself in the same place.
