My impression was Emma took the camera from Neal's and had the pictures developed, and they included her and Henry in Storybrooke, as well as pics from the NYC trip.
Ah..yes that works. I was wondering how he sent her the photos. Obviously she developed them from Henry's camera. (slaps forehead).
And agreed - was pleased with how they resolved that particular plot continuity point. Emma needed evidence. Also the fact that Emma doesn't immediately assume her parents remember her. And how she handles Henry, all works with her character.
