* "On Demand" has the Supernatural Episodes in the wrong order. They put the third episode of the season first. Took a while to figure it out.

Am considering renting last season...every once and a while, I get a craving for SPN.
Torn - it's like Constantine, on the one hand it has that annoying Judeo/Christian mythos, on the other it hits at least three of my favorite tropes: Brothers, Tortured Heroes, and Noir - the ugly world that the hero is struggling to fall into. So I jump out when I get annoyed by the Christian/Judeo mythos, but jump in when I get a craving the other two.

Warning though - On Demand has the episodes flipped around.

* On another note - Voted Today. Had to fill out an Affidavit to do it. Since I'd recently moved. Realized today that in the US we have a right that other countries don't and we often take for granted.

1. Anyone who is a US citizen can vote regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, creed, and in some cases criminal history. And that was not always the case - lots of blood, sweat, and tears were shed for that right and over a 100 year time span.

2. We have the right not to vote. No fine. No punishment. This is not true of a lot of European countries...Australia for example has a fine, if you don't vote you are fined. This is not true in the US. We have the right to abstain.

3. We can vote for whomever we please, including write in our own candidate. And voting here is anonymous. Privacy is enforced. It it is a federal crime in the US to tamper with voting in anyway, or force anyone to vote, or bribe anyone to vote your way. This is not true in many other countries. Russia for example - strongly encourages you to vote for one person, and if you don't you are punished. Also you have to sign your name. There's no anonymity.

So today, I exercised my right to vote. Realizing how lucky I am. Not everyone has the rights and privileges that I do.

Talk about backwards - I live in AZ. The only hope we have is being first in the race toward a non-white majority. Well, to be fair, Tucson and Flagstaff are pretty moderate liberal - like Austin. But Phoenix is a zit on the ass of humanity!

Yes, as my friend of mine posted on Facebook this is what happens when they don't fix The Voting Rights Act (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/11/04/voter-id_n_6103634.html).

There is so much going on right now that is seriously fucked up. Candidly, I think the best term is military-industrial complex leading to oligarchy. Kill the unions, demonize the poor, make sure you are safe from global warming, and live in a land of serfs.

It really makes me sick
