shadowkatDamn, Jessica Jones is frigging good tv! Most compelling television series I've watched since Daredevil. It's also frightening. Had to stop, it being 11 PM and I'm bushed. Also, I want to be able to sleep tonight.
Has possibly the scariest villain that I've seen in a while..not to mention the hottest love interest. (Luke Cage is played by the guy from the Wire and the Good Wife. And he's hot.)
I'm going to rip through this in a weekend.
Granted, I've decided I'm obsessed with flawed guilt-ridden characters, suffering from severe PTSD, and struggling to be in control. Characters that Marvel Comics excels at - Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and Cyclops.
But this is well-written noir. Right tone. Good dialogue. Great casting. And just the right amount of grit.
