shadowkat1. This presidential election from hell is beginning to invade my dreams. Last night I dreamed about Donald Trump. It was a very odd dream. We were sitting on a beach having a friendly conversation. I still don't know what to make of it. Stupid subconscious. Stay out of my dreams, Trump.
2. Oh well, at least Austria's election turned out well. The Nazi didn't win.
3. It's turned unseasonably warm...we had a record high today of 88 degrees. My allergies hit me like a truck. But just the right side of my face for some reason.
4. Tried to send my novel off to my English Lit Prof, who I took various contemporary lit and film analysis course with in undergrad. He's retiring next year. But alas he hadn't given me a street address to send the book to. I'm going to have to look it up.
5. Quantico is a fun thrill ride, with all sorts of interesting subversions of stereotypes. Discovered that the head of ABC network programming is an African American Woman, which actually explains a lot -- like why ABC, of the three broadcast networks is the most ethnically and gender diversified, and also the most innovative. CBS bores me -- how many dyed in wool white macho guy procedurals can we do? I think the only series I watch on it now is The Big Bang Theory, with the Good Wife canceled. NBC is not much better...just slightly. Fox is the only one that comes close to ABC in regards to diversity.
This may explain why almost all of the series I watch on the networks are on ABC, with just a handful on The CW (also owned by CBS, but more diversified for some reason) and occasionally something on Fox.
Everything else is on cable or streaming.
6. I keep noticing that I skip words when I type. It's not deliberate -- it's a typo. And I don't always catch them on the re-write. And sometimes mistype or use the wrong word. Often a word that makes no sense -- also a weird typo and not deliberate. Does this happen to anyone else?

Sure i would have hated it, if Austria became another neofascist nation like Hungery or Poland at the moment, but in the grand sceme, Austria cannot do anything. the US on the other hand...
