Okay, this is just too bizarre not to share. To my knowledge this has NEVER happened in US history.

70 writers, directors, producers, cast members and crew members fro Star Trek's 50 year History Just Wrote a Letter Denouncing Donald Trump

So to date, just about every major and reputable national and international news organization, publication, newspaper, and policy maker has denounced Donald Trump, from both, no wait, pretty much all sides of the political spectrum. Left, right, up, down, middle, whatever. Not to be left out, celebrities, television writers, novelists, comedians, reality stars, movie stars, screenwriters, etc are getting in on the act. (Not that I've ever cared what the celebrities, etc think, but some people do.)

The only people that have endorsed Trump appear to be a couple of ultra-right wing Republicans, Russia, the NRA (gun lobby), Scott Baio and Anthony Sabato, Jr.

Yet, Trump is still running. He's like an insane version of the Energizer Bunny but with bad hair and not nearly as cute.

Say what you will about the 2016 US Presidential Election -- it is definitely historic. Just not necessarily in a manner that is flattering to the United States. It also says something about sending negative vibes out into the universe. If you are a bully to everyone, people are going to bully you back...it becomes a vicious never-ending cycle of bullying.

Couldn't make it up. This election is making all TV shows/movies look dull & unimaginative.

All the love for Star Trek though - hadn't seen that!

Saturday Night Live is having troubles coming up with better sketches...the Debate outdid their attempt to satirize it.
Honestly, this election has managed to defy satirists.

And the discussions I've seen and gotten into with friends of relatives and extended relatives online...there are acutally people out there who think Trump is a better choice than Hillary Clinton and that we need to band together and change this country for the better. It's mind-boggling. But does, however, explain a lot.
