Hmmm...Scandal has managed to turn every single character in the series into an anti-hero or amoral self-centered power hungry killer.

Kudos.

You know there's a problem when the only characters who don't seem unrelentingly horrific are well the three killers working for Olivia. LOL!

Also, I think I'm losing interest in the series...the plot twists no longer shock me, and I'm finding it hard to care. Everything is way over the top, including the performances. It's like watching House of Cards on Speed.

Oh...anyone have good news feeds to recommend on DW? Can't seem to get Neil Gaiman's any longer, which is okay, since he rarely posts.

I have a disturbingly large (272 and counting) quantity of feeds that I follow.

Neil Gaiman is also on Tumblr--or at least, I think it's him. I follow it via a feed here on Dreamwidth. neilgaimantumblr_feed is the name of that one.

I never gravitated to Tumblr, either. There are too many flickering gifs to sift through for someone (like me) with a tendency to migraines. I just happened to stumble across a few links, and didn't want to bother with registering--hence, feeds.

I registered with Imzy right about the time it started, but I never actually went back. Dreamwidth feels best for me.

And how do you follow 272 feeds without going crazy?

If all of them updated at the same time, then I really would go mad. Thankfully, a large chunk of them don't update too often. The best avenue for that is to check it three times a day, or at least once more.

I can't speak much to individual people's feeds but for general non-headline type news, there's https://the-mary-sue-feed.dreamwidth.org/profile and also https://daily-dot-feed.dreamwidth.org/profile The Daily Dot has a lot of stuff I'm not interested in but there may be ways to select what areas you want covered. And they do have original content sometimes that's worth reading.
