shadowkatWell it's a sunny, bright day in Brooklyn, which probably means I should be out wandering in it. Still cool though. And I spent so much time last weekend wandering in the rain and wind and cold showing Mom about town, just feel like working on the computer until my friend J picks me up at sevenish this evening for the belated b-day party. We delayed it until this weekend due to Mom being in town. Works for me - means I can extend my birthday a bit, maybe be 36 a bit longer? Not that I really object to 37...Oh, my last good deed before Mom left was to loan her my Dorothy Dunnett book - Game of Kings, so yes, I've hooked another person.
Bored and frustrated job search wise this week - to the point of wanting to scream. I feel like I'm doing everything I can think of and getting absolutely no where. Just head-long into a bunch of brick walls. Ugh. If I don't get a job by May, I may shoot myself in the head. (Don't worry - I don't own a gun, so this is highly unlikely to happen.)
