[In other news, I accidentally digested gluten. When I bought a chocolate mousse cup, I asked is there any flour in it? And the server looked at me like I was an idiot and said no. So I bought it.
And it was on top of a thin cake that I did not discover until after I'd eaten roughly a quarter to a half of it. Good news, not that much. But news, doesn't require that much for nasty IBS to occur within 12 hours of consumption. Could be worse, I could get seriously ill -- I'm not as sensitive as some. I'm hoping with the probiotics, it won't be that bad. So far it isn't. Fingers crossed.)
