Sep. 15th, 2018 10:47 pmGood news.. the sinus headaches and vertigo from hell seem to have disappaited.
Bad news...my sinuses won't stop running now...nose and eyes. Eyes have been burning all day long.
I think I either picked up a bug in Seattle or my allergies went haywire when I returned to NYC. One or the other. Or they built up and decided to wait until I returned to go haywire.
Went to the opthamologist today. I got suckered -- he had Saturday hours. Turned out to be a colossal waste of time. He was an ass. after quickly running me through a bunch of tests, but not really spending much time thinking about them, he said I was fine. And gave me a prescription for glasses that made no sense. Also yelled at me for not bringing my contact subscription information, because he doesn't fit contacts, that's what opticians do. Ass.
I was annoyed. Cost my $40 co-pay.
Afterwards, my eyes burned with the dialation solution he put in them. So, when I hit the subway, I immediately made an appointment with the Optometrist that I've been seeing for the last ten years. More expensive, but also more informative and helpful.
Off to bed. To rest eyes.
Did see first three-four episodes of Jessica Jones S2. It's slow to start, but gets better.
