While I am moving away from all things fan-related to focus
as much as possible on changing my current situation - I did
decide to watch what the grr-argh S6 ATS writers are up to because about 50% of them are on my friends list and I've come to know and love them, continue reading [livejournal.com profile] herselfnyc excellent WIP, and whedonesque.

Oh that great essay on the ME writers? Ocipital took my advice and brought it over to the ATPO board where it can be archived and hopefully live on. Excellent bit of analysis on how a writers come and go in TV land. Check it out here: www.voy.com/14567 - the ATPO Voy Discussion Board, called The Story of ME. Also check out Rufus' analysis of the finale.

Okay must hobble off to bed. Get some shut-eye and deal with that interview I'm dreading tomorrow. Ugh. Wish me luck.

I'm afraid you might not be able to "see" much watching the [livejournal.com profile] _grr_argh_ community, since we've made our posts members-only to avoid those spoilers getting out.

Although we do talk about it a bit in our own personal journals.

Good luck with the interview!

Any chance I can get friended, so I can watch you hash out the plot?
I'm more interested actually in watching the hashing out of the plot and story writing process, than in reading the actual story. Weird I know. But you learn things. Can't participate myself this round due to outside pressures, but would love to be able to watch as a distraction.

But only if it's possible, if not, I understand. I promise not to reveal any story plot-points.

good luck!!!

Ocipital's essay is over on An Angel's Soul as well. I'll shove it over on the very slow Trollop Board for people to find easily. Thanks for mentioning my effort I'm never sure if anyone gets anything out of my stuff. Still sniffling over the Wes/Illyria death scene.

Interview's are a pain, I just go in assuming they're more afraid of me than I am of them...;)

Go in with tons of self-confidence - that's the key to an interview. You can do whatever you need to, and if you really believe it (even if only for the time during the actual interview) you'll convey it. Insecurity and self doubt is is fine, but only at home! In an interview or on the job Meglomania is the word of the day. You can conquer all!
