And the UK's accents... HERE
If your only exposure to either is the media or television/film -- you probably haven't heard that many accents. Since broadcasters and television actors tend for the most part to do a generic accent.
2. EW Ranks the BTVS and ATS Cross-Over Episodes...
Quibbles?
Eh. Some of these I would not classify as a true cross-over. Such as the hang-up phone calls in City of and The Freshman. Or a character like Drusilla appearing as a guest in both. My definition of a "True Cross-Over" is very different than this writer's. Their definition is any mention of the other series, or a "guest" star who appears on both within a short period of time. (Without necessarily mentioning the other series at all.)
My definition is that you have to watch both series or will be lost or missing critical information. Because the intent of a cross-over is to get you to watch both shows. I've watched this done with comics long before Buffy was even conceived.
This writer has a VERY loose definition -- as in, oh, look, Dru popped up on both.
Or Harmony popped up on both. Eh, not a cross-over. Well, not unless you need to watch both shows to understand why they are there or what they are up to. Such as Faith's cross-over from Buffy to Angel. That was important, and Buffy also crossed over at a certain point because of Faith, and it served to drive a bigger wedge into their relationship. Or Spike's crossover to Angel from Buffy for In the Dark, then back again -- also important, since the plot-line jumped over as well. Angel's cross-over in End of Days, does require that you see Home (Angel) to fully understand what's going on there. Otherwise you will misinterpret Angel's motivations, and the writer's intent. But the Crush does not require watching Angel, nor does Fool for Love really require that you watch Angel. You can figure those out without watching Angel, and vice versa regarding the Angel episode equivalents.
And I also would not include Girl in Question as a cross-over, because Buffy was cancelled and no longer in existence. Actually none of the S5 episodes count. You don't have to watch Buffy to understand them, well not really. And if they do count, might as well include Soul Purpose.
I also disagree with the rankings..but then the only true cross-over's I liked were Faith's, Spike's In the Dark, and Willow's.
3. This is just...bizarre and fascinating All Star Cast Reads/Performs The Mueller Report So you don't have to.
Jon Lithgow is doing a rather good job of playing Trump with Joel Grey as Sessions.
ETA: It's rather amusing...depending on how dark your sense of humor is. Let's just say, that the US and the UK are in a dead heat on who can out political satirize the other one.
I remember a European telling me last year that we can't impeach an elected President. I said, "no, actually, we can. It's allowable, it's just difficult. See Nixon and Watergate, the impeachment proceedings against Clinton (for getting blow-jobs from one of his intern - yes, really and they were consensual apparently), and various judges and senators...they couldn't do it for the senators (because the trial is in the senate) but did sucessfully get a senator, a President who no one remembers."
ETA2: Here's the article on it. Star Studded Cast Performs Live Reading of Mueller Report
The cast of the event also includes Justin Long, Piper Perabo, Michael Shannon and Zachary Quinto, among others. Sigourney Weaver, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Mark Hamill will also make appearances.
Law Works is an organization catering to bipartisan voices to make sure that the public is educated on the Mueller investigation among other issues in American politics. Their goal is to share resources and stories from experts to shed light on important developments based on the rule of law, making sure that neither Congress nor the American people consider themselves above the law.
"The Investigation: A Search for the Truth in Ten Acts" is a project from playwright, screenwriter and actor Robert Schenkkan, who won a Pulitzer Prize in 1992 for "The Kentucky Cycle" and a Tony award for "All the Way" in 2014. He has also picked up Emmy nominations for his HBO limited series "The Pacific" in 2010.
The live reading's executive producers are Susan Disney Lord, Abigail Disney and Timothy Disney.
Pay close attention to who the executive producers are. That's right - Disney.
Walt Disney's neices and nephews...they are the kids of Disney's brother's son, Roy Disney, CEO of Disney Corporation.
Oh take away quote...

LOL -- that does explain a lot, doesn't it?
