3. Grave of Samuel Chester Reid: "Samuel Chester Reid (24 August 1783 – 28 January 1861) was an officer in the United States Navy who commanded a privateer during the War of 1812. He is also noted for having helped design the 1818 version of the flag of the United States, which first established the rule of keeping thirteen stripes and adding one star for each U.S. state."




4. Fire bad...tree pretty. (That's really where my mind is at the moment.)



5. And I've no idea what this is...just that there's a lot of them in the Cemetery.

I can't find USGP, but GAR at the bottom is Grand Army of the Republic, the Civil War Union Army's veterans' group.

Ah, that would make sense - a badge of the Civil War. A lot of the graves in the cemetery are from the Civil War - Union Side. There's even a Civil War Memorial at the top of Battle Hill - which was the site of a battle in the Revolutionary War.
