This is Day #9 of 30 Days of Television Challenge.

The prompt is Most Well-Developed Television Character

That's hard. Mainly because I have to avoid using shows that I want to use in other categories. So, I have to pick a show that I do not want to use in another category.

Hmmm...

The obvious one would be Spike but since I've already used BtVS, I'm going with Damon Salvatore .

How does a meek, beaten-down high school chemistry teacher transform into a ruthless, murderous drug lord?

Walter White's (d)evolution from Mr. Chips to Scarface was meticulously detailed from the first minutes to the last gasp of Breaking Bad, his intertwined strengths and weaknesses inevitably leading to tragedy for himself and everyone he loved.

Bryan Cranston was going to win Emmys as long as the series kept going. He earned all of them.

There have been many Sherlock Holmes since the character was first imagined, but to date, this version is still my favorite:

And Jonny Lee MIller's co-star in this series ain't too shabby either-- darn near a toss-up in this category.
