Still here...

I leave tomorrow morning...dark and early. Fighting the rising anxiety right now. This time the cheesy movie THE SANTA CLAUSE whispering in the background, courtesy of Disney. What is it with me and the logistics of travel that cause anxiety? I'm not anxious about the plane flight, I'm anxious about the car service picking me up and getting me to the flight and the flight taking off on time. Once I'm on the flight, up in the air? I'm fine. Yes, I'm weird, you know this - you've been reading my journal. All 11 of you, that I know about.

Regarding the BTVS 1-3 vs. 4-7 debate - heh. I change my mind on that one every year. Truth is - for those on the flist and reading this who were fans of the series, BTVS 1-3 made 4-7 possible. Also without 1-3, you can't quite appreciate 4-7. And without 4-7, well you wouldn't know me and countless other people on livejournal. So the debate? While fun, is probably moot. Question?
How do you know you are a Buffy Geek? Well...How many times have you had the above pointless argument? Ranted about a season? Criticized and defended one like it was your mother or best friend or worst enemy? The things I do when I'm wrestling with my own anxiety.

I may have sentimental favorites but I love them all and without one you can't have two and so on. My little ( 42 years old)brother was telling me about some other MP at the battalion (sp) who is a supposed Buffy geek cause she got some plate for 800 bucks....my comeback was...anyone can buy a plate, but can she tell you something about each and every episode?
