Lovely sunset tonight - last I'll get to see this week, probably. Then again maybe not - since it's at 5:20 and not 4:30 for a change. Streaks of orange, pink and lavender.

Just finished reading the S6 Virtual ATPO writers - "Chimera", interesting
piece of work guys. I enjoyed the character development in this one. Also
liked the Spike/Lorne interplay. And the chimera creature? Clever. Nice allusions to the mythology and the poem which Spike recites...how man is in a way a chimera himself - with dueling identities and contradictions. I think
that's true of us all - a mass of dueling contradictions. Wondering which one will break free. Illyria fighting with the Fred persona. Spike with William.
Angel with Angelus/Liam. Gunn with Alonna and his own murky heroic past.

Also enjoyed bits of Resistence - Spike thinking he was saving a demon child, only to have her turn on him and believe he was betraying her. His catatonia shock at the realization that he could not help and by attempting to, only made the situation worse.

Finished Princess Bride more or less, now working on Fortress of Solitude.
