Oct. 24th, 2011 09:13 pmWhy is it that all suspense/horror tv shows, with a few exceptions, like to put their lead characters in jeopardy constantly? Teasing the audience that they will die, when we know perfectly well that there is no way in hell that will happen and if it does, the character will be brought back in some way?
Currently watching Fringe (season 2) and have myself thinking the same thing I was thinking during Vamp Diaries and Buffy,
oh come on, we know you aren't going to kill Olivia, stop teasing me, show! And if you do - you'll bring her back in some way, I mean come on.
TV shows really don't know how to do death well, unless they are serials...and even then it's sketchy.
