Jun. 7th, 2018 10:39 pmBeen pondering this since last night...is it possible to hide behind a mountain of words? To build walls with words, to cover yourself with them? So all the other people see are the words, and not me at all. Words can be distancing...and there appears to be a fine line between talking too much and too little.
I keep thinking that I'll just remove my words. Delete them. Not speak. If I could, I would go silent for a month. Say not a word to a soul. And see...what it feels like.
Today, I thought, I'd like to retire to a house in the mountains or the woods or a beach and just write stories no one reads.
Do words have meaning if no one reads or thinks them?
