(no subject)

Where have I been?

I've been compulsively adding my meta and essays to Archive of Our Own, all week long (at night & occasionally on lunch breaks) and I think I broke it? I also think I broke Dreamwidth? Both crashed on me tonight. At different points. Either that or the Universe wants me to take a breather, already.

And...oh ghod, have I written a shitload of meta. Also a shitload of episode and television series reviews. I haven't even made it through July 2009 yet, and I already have over 60 works uploaded and saved. 21 are Doctor Who, 35 are Buffy.
And I haven't even gotten to the monster meta that I did..."Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the Pitfalls of Television" -- which is basically me playing with footnotes.

I'm beginning to wonder if I can or should attempt to back it all up on Archive of Our Own?

This is part of the March Meta Matters Challenge. Apparently they want Meta Writers to add their content to Archive of Our Own -- and save it. (I'm not sure they know what they are asking? Meta writers are often more prolific than fanfic writers. For one thing, Meta doesn't necessarily require betaeing and it's easier and faster to write. Plus you can be as short or lengthy as you want.)

(I'm shadowkat67 over year. So far all my kudos are on "Figuring out Angel's Pesky Curse" which is kind of bewildering. But okay. )
