It was cool. But pretty. I'm still not used to it getting darker earlier. Which is odd, usually I don't have any issues with the transition, I think it is this topsy-turvy year.

Still struggling with a bit of a brain fog and this desire to do nothing. I managed to pick up a prescription today, robo vaccuum (speaking of which, I probably should check on it), and received various pants and a shirt that I ordered online. To date - Talbots is reliable size wise and delivers the goods, Amazon - hit or miss. You do get what you pay for - and Amazon is cheap.

Having new pants makes me feel better about the work week at least.

Tired. Bought a small humidifier for the bed room. It can go on counter tops. And chocolate x-mas candy that I don't need.

Superman & Lois - has turned out to be surprisingly good. Layered characters, with enough sci-fi mixed with real world problems to work. Also feels like watching a film - the film tonal quality is more Zack Snyder than Joss Whedon or Smallville. It's darker grainier tones, color wise, than bright techno-color tones, with a darker, angstier mood.

Also it has some very strong female characters - who aren't super-powered, but intelligent and clever. Clark also is not portrayed as a dummy.

This is by the way available on HBO Max - I watched one episode on it, after I had one that I'd taped get pre-empted by a basketball game.

Spiderman: Far From Home

Not bad, overall enjoyable - but mainly due to the charisma of the young stars - Tom Holland and Zendaya.
