7. Do you often eat fish? Have you a favourite fish dish?
Yes, usually salmon and tuna two-three times a week. (Caveat - the tuna is tuna steak, it's not "tuna fish" in a can. I like to make Nicoise salads for dinner and lunch. (Other than that I don't tend to make fish very often, those two are also the only fish I tend to like. All the others have no taste, well fishy bland taste.)
My preferred is shell-fish, but probably salmon. Also I don't mind trout if it is fixed correctly.
8. In 1939 James Galway, the Irish classical flautist (known as "The Man With the Golden Flute"), was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Can you play any wind instruments?
I can't play anything - although I did take lessons in the piano and guitar, sucked at both. My brother played the trumpet.
