ATPO Gathering Question?

shadowkatWhich day would be best for me to come up to the Ramada and meet people? (I plan to meet people in Manhattan on any activities they'd like to do that weekend, but thought it might be useful if I tried to come up one day as well?)
I've been considering Sunday or I can take Friday off work and try to come up that day?
