2. Been experimenting with the Ninja Creameri NC300 (which I got as an early birthday gift from my Mother).

Took me a while, but I figured out a few things:

* The little bar lights at the top next to "Install" are not about install, but about the progress of the machine. I kept thinking I'd installed it wrong. No. It's telling me the progress. (Figured this out by watching a video online.)

* Do not take it out of the freezer and automatically put in machine. Thaw it a little first. It's a chunk of ice - and too frozen. This makes me think should be frozen 8-10 hours not 24. If you don't thaw a little first - it could damage the machine.

* If crumbly and chalky? Just re-spin.

* I probably need to add more sweetner to mine. The sugar substitutes I need to work on.

Apparently this can turn canned fruit or frozen fruit into sorbet? I'm considering turning the peppermint ice cream I bought today into a milk shake.

Bought more pints via Amazon. I don't need more than five. I have two.
I certainly don't have room for more than that.

3. Next door neighbor has been quiet today - most likely because it has been in the sixities, and he went out for a bike ride. It was beautiful today, blue sky, around 62-65 degrees (it felt warmer - I didn't need a coat).

It's getting overcast now.

CPAP Machine...sigh, the big problem is it is designed for people who sleep solely on their backs and don't move about. I don't do that. I sleep on my side, and usually the one furtherest from the night stand.

The other problem with it - is I end up eventually breathing through my mouth, and it really doesn't relieve the nasal congestion.

But I promised to give it the "ole college try" so to speak. (I have no idea where that phrase comes from or why it is in my head.)

It's also very high maintenance, and I do not handle high maintenance well. It tends to stress me out.

4. Took long walk to the grocery store - wore my coat, only to take it off and put it around my waist. I intended to walk to Greenwood, but by the time I returned? I was exhausted. (Basically I was walking the equivalent of a mile with three heavy bags - or with 20 pound sacks.) Still need to get whole milk for ice cream, and may require some sort of sweetner? I'm thinking banana puree?

Been fixing soups a lot of late. And Chili's. I'm kind of on a bean kick. Can't tell if it's helping with the sugar or carb intake or not.
