Realized while listening that I'm a huge fan of New Wave - David Bowie,
The Eurythmics, Berlin, The Clash, The Kinks...Bangles, The Violent Femmes.

When I haven't been able to use 'embers' I usually resort to a cheat, like here at lj where I'm
buzzkilljoy (I kinda love that name! LOL)
