Is there a way to tell if people are reading your lj without responses??

Apparently you can see how many hits your journal gets and whose reading it? Where is this feature? And how does it work? I looked and I can't find it any where.

I've been wondering the same thing for a while...From what I read on my flist the feature does exist but I don't know where it is, and I'm pretty sure it's only for paid accounts.
