Apparently I've had a meta/essay that has been nominated at [livejournal.com profile] wickedawards - although don't see it listed yet, but got an email from moderator telling me I'd been nominated and I sent a response, stating accept. So we shall see...

It's for this one:

Title: Triggers, Chips, & Souls - Trading Clothes & Ringing Pavlov's Bell - Meta on Spike
URL: http://shadowkat67.livejournal.com/478265.html#cutid1
Categories: Not Fade Away (best essay and meta for all the fandoms listed)

Bit surprised, since the meta didn't get that many responses and I'd more or less assumed that it wasn't well recieved or liked - overall. Goes to show you that you can't really tell how people respond to something. Of course all it needed was one person to nominate it...;-)

At any rate, I'm rather pleased about it. I worked hard formatting that thing.
And putting it together. So is nice to have it recognized. Thank you very much to whomever chose to nominate it. ;-)

I assure you, the number of readers is much bigger than the number of comments.
I remember reading and thouroughly enjoying the essay as well as the discussion in comments - but I couldn't find anything to add, so I simply saved it on my hard drive.

I will be rooting for you. And Angearia. And Stormwreath. And Aycheb.

Thank you. Noticed that you were nominated as well. Congrats.

The essays are so different and about vastly different topics regarding the same series, I have no idea how they can possibly be judged.
