Anyone else not getting response notifications via email from lj any longer? I didn't know I had any responses until I checked the actual entries. What's up with that?

Yeah, it's been a mess for a week or so. There have been updates on LJ support saying they're working on it - something to do with LJ getting caught in spam filters. It seems better the last couple days but still wonky.

I'd read about that - but didn't run into any issues with it until this weekend. Now, not getting email notifications at all.

It's not just LJ getting caught in spam filters in a random way. LJ got blacklisted by a major anti-spam information source because of their lack of efforts to remove blatant spam journals that were being linked to by spam mails.

It isn't simply about spam either. I've been getting my notifications, but recently hours later than when the comment shows up on LJ. Last weekend someone had problems just sending me an email. I think it's a broader problem than just LJ.

Now, I get responses to responses I've made to other people's journals but not responses/comments to posts in my own journal or responses/comments to my responses in my own journal. (Okay try to say that in your head real fast without getting a headache.)

Very weird.
