Three positive things that happened today:

1. Relatively little to no pain radiating down my leg and none in my arm. ie. did not hurt to walk. Yay team.
2. Beautiful, crisp cool day, with robin's egg blue sky. (granted I kept sneezing, but it is fall and found plenty of tissues)
3. Trouble free commute
