Being on this restrictive diet to destroy the Candida and heal my "leaky gut" - has required coming up with interesting menu choices. Also, I occasionally have a pear or apple to help with the rocky periods.

* Here's a nice treat:

Heated pear with cinnamin, walnuts, almonds, and lime juice.

Chop up one pear, sprinkle liberally with cinnamin, lime juice, add a couple of walnuts and almonds. Heat in microwave (1-2 minutes ) or oven for about 15 minutes. Serve.

Also...baked filet of wild lemon sole with garlic and parsley, dill, lemon and olive oil. And white aspergus as a side.

1. Sole

place in reynold's wrap foil the following items: filet of sole, sprinkle with garlic and parlsey, dill, lemon juice, olive oil. Wrap the foil around it. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 F.

Put on plate.

2. Asperagus - put white asperagus in a small sauce pan, with water, dill, lemon juice and chopped green onion.

Serve. To drink lemon juice in water.

3. Homemade Chicken Soup

I've also created homemade chicken soup with miracle noodles (basically have nothing in them). Use fresh made chicken broth, green onion, ginger, pre-cooked chicken slices, celery, salt and pepper. Once brought to a boil - add the miracle noodles. You can also add a little feta to taste (but best to avoid on the diet).

4. Salad with Fresh Avocado

Get mustard, tatsoi, dandalion, argula, and chard greens. Slice up one avocado. Sprinkle with lime juice and a little spirunala (if you have it). Season with sea salt and ground pepper.

5. Wild Sardines with Salad Greens

Sardines are ridiculously nutritious. Filled to the brim with vital minerals, proteins, and
vitamins. They have more protein than a steak. And are easier to digest.

Combine sardines with spicy salad greens - mustard, argula, dandlion, and chard. Add sardines. Add walnuts and almonds. Use lime juice or lemon juice to season, with ground pepper. If you wish add a chopped up raddish, also highly nutritious.
