30 Day Music Challenge...
Aug. 4th, 2020 09:32 pmWhich various people are doing...I've been following beergoodfoamy's but snagged it from wendahl, because she listed all the questions.
Day 1: A song you like with a color in the title - (emphasis on like, there's a lot I don't or can't remember).
My favorite would be...
Although a close second is "Goodbye Yellowbrick Road".
There's a reason I never really do these things, or just do them all at once. I'm absent-minded. I'm liable to forget or skip a day.

Date: 2020-08-06 01:54 am (UTC)For me, it's more about if I can remember the song title. Because I can't remember the titles of things well. Some song titles stick in my head better than others. Brown Eyed Girl came to mind, because I'd just listened to it. But Yellow Brick Road is one I always remember - because of the Wizard of OZ reference.
I don't really associate either with anything though - which is odd. Actually I was trying to pick something other than Tangled up in Blue. I had to google, and then Brown-Eyed Girl came to me. I strongly considered picking Whiter Shade of Pale, which I love. I love surreal songs for some reason.

Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you got till it's gone
Pave paradise
Put up a parking lot
I could do 30 days of Joni.
