Raining. Actually, I think I just saw a flash of lightening and heard thunder in the distance? So possibly a thunderstorm? Maybe not?
But headaches are blessedly gone. First day in about five without a headache. Also, as a nice plus? The hot flashes are better tonight. Had them today - or I could just been hot, hard to know. I flipped on the A/C.
Crazy Workplace
It's been a day. I got a last minute assignment, and after spending 3-4 hours working my ass off on it, word crashed without saving anything.
I gave up - and let BYT Manager know that I'd be late, and she gave me an extension.

"List of Books to Read Before You Die:
1. Any book you want.
2. Don't read books you don't want to read
3. That's it.
4. Congratulations, you did it!"
I like that. I was an English Lit major and did the whole book club thing.
Also the Good Reads Challenges. But I'm done with all of that now. I read what I want, I review if I want to, or not as the case may be. I do audio books, e-books, and digital comics and graphic novels. And I don't care what anyone thinks about what I've read.

The Governor - I want to smack. He keeps telling everyone to go out and live life, to stop hunkering down. That we spent the last year just trying to survive, now we need to come out again and celebrate NY!

I don't think he understands that that may work for the crazy-ass extroverts in the population. But others are grieving. And there's a few of us, who crawled into a hole during the pandemic, and don't really want to come out of that hole just yet. We would like to wait just a bit longer, if that is okay?

Here's a picture of a three-headed dragon that I drew several years ago.
