After a stressful day - things got so much better.

1. Move to Manhattan. Found out that I'm definitely moving, just a matter of when. Since I'm off on Monday, Breaking Bad advised me to pack everything up - just in case they moved me on Monday. He was getting pressured by the Queens group.

I finally did what I should have done a while ago. I contacted Lawyer. And Lawyer got some vital information for me. Go Lawyer!

2. Amazon came through, go figure.

In other words, after fretting about getting packages today (one that had been delayed and was coming Fed Ex) and the XMas gift from Momma that was coming from Amazon and being delivered to the LOCKER.

Mother emailed me the confirmation. When I got home, I saw the Ryka package from Fed Ex, and took out a canvas bag from Loews to carry it and the other package to my apartment up stairs. Then I took out my phone, found my mother's email, and clicked on the "Start Up" button in the email, which in turn took me directly to my Amazon Shopping App, it verified it, and then voila clicked open the Locker.

I'm so relieved. I took both boxes upstairs. No worries.

So, my brother and mother have decided I have OCD and should consult a cognitive behavioral specialist. My brother picked up on things that I'd been doing that his daughter also does. (Based on my reactions to the Amazon locker thing amongst other things.) Sigh. It's frigging hard to find good therapists, and they are expensive. I think my insurance would cover 12 sessions if that. Also, it's not like I'm not doing things? I've two meditation apps that I use daily. I am taking two medications.

I'm behind on the memage.

10. Do you have a favourite perfume or is there one you intensely dislike?

I'm allergic to most if not all perfumes. Or it makes me ill. So I don't wear them and prefer soap or scented soap. I do like lavender, sandlewood, eculuptys, lemon, vanilla...scents.

Floral tends to make me sneeze.

Most male colognes give me migraines or make me ill. Although I did like the smell of my father's after shave, whatever that was. No clue. Musk is a scent that makes me ill - I think.

In short? I can't walk through a department store perfume department without getting a bad headache. And for a bit several of my male coworkers in cubicles around me - were giving me headaches. It's usually male cologne that bothers me. I don't tend to notice most female perfumes. Unless of course they go over board and heavy with floral scents.

11. In 1913 the "Mona Lisa" was recovered two years after it was stolen from the Louvre Museum – have you ever seen the Mona Lisa painting in Paris?

Not in Paris. I think it went on tour once and I might have? Or I imagined that it went on tour?

12. Have you ever tried origami?

Yes. I suck at it. My niece is amazing however. At the age of six she did..this amazing three dimensional star.

13. Have you ever been given a gift voucher? Did you remember to use it?

No? I don't know what it is, so I doubt it. This meme occasionally stumps me.

14. It’s Dick Van Dyke’s birthday – what have you seen him in (TV or movies)?

Yes. I adored him as a child. My niece and I have this in common - Dick Van Dyke reminded us of our Dads. Long Legged, charming, and a stumbling over their own momentum, yet weirdly graceful and athletic.

I've seen Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Bye Bye Birdie, and Mary Poppins five to six times. And seen most if not all of the Dick Van Dyke show multiple times. And Diagnosis Murder. I also have seen other films of his.

The man charms me. He reminds me of my father - which is odd, since my father couldn't sing or dance, but they had the same blue black hair, bushy brows, big nose, and wry sloppy grin, with dark eyes. Also that sparkle of intellectual wit.
